What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.lunch chrome

What is the expected result?
see the chrome icone in the task bar (whith maybe the favicon in small) and
animation during the load of the page. Like the tab icone.
What happens instead?
1 picture of the animation stay always. never change, never move.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible. Done
