What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Attempt to open a webpage, ie. youtube.com, google.com.
What is the expected result?
Page to attempt to load instantly.
What happens instead?
Page holds for approx 5 seconds before attempting to load.
