OK, I will take a look. So do we decide to pass IE's encoding override-UI-action to CF? By the way, It looks like Michael described 2 problems in this bug. In IE+cf 1)there is no available encoding options in encoding menu. 2)if having encoding options in encoding menu, the encoding options can not be selected.
