I don't recall anything weird happening on the bots on October 30.
Towards the end of that day, we did land an event pumping change that I
wound up
having to back out the next morning. It's possible that it was responsible
for the
flakiness.
Since this test hasn't been flaky in a week, I'll wontfix this now. If the
problem recurs,
we can reopen or refile.
