You might try Wireshark to get a network trace. For a computer at your workplace you may need to get permission to run something like that; it can capture potentially sensitive information. But it might also be able to reveal why this happens for you and not when other people try to reproduce the problem. xrayA4T: go ahead and open another bug for your issue.
