slow to open pages

I am a first time user of wireshark and I am not sure if this demonstrates
anything
useful- see attached wireshark dump. I tried to access a site but
experienced the long
delay issue and captured this; after several seconds of inactivity I hit
the reload
button and the page came up at once.
I shall appreciate any comments
