What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. goto http://crbug.com/
2. 'New issue', and click on any drop-down selection, 'Open issues' or
'Defect report from user'
3. The drop down selection displays blank, but you can actually select
items
What is the expected result?
Should see a list of selection items
What happens instead?
Blank
