so to summarize, this crash:
- happens on shutdown
- is in sqlite_persistent_cookie_store.cc (so, database corruption?)
- occurs for a small number of users a relatively large number of times
- is barely in the top 10 worst crashes when sorting by number of users
- has no repro steps
- has existed for a long time
Not that it isn't important, but I say we punt it. Realistically I don't
know what
actions to take at this point.
