I don't think this is a test issue. I think this is an actual regression.
The test
just executes some javascript code that exercises storage. See
test\data\extensions\api_test\storage. I'm concerned that this breakage
will be going
out in a dev channel release if we don't fix it quickly (adding to
ReleaseBlock-Dev).
The question I have is why didn't other unit tests catch this?
