The HTML source of the website
loads "http://www.nylottery.org/scripts/dqm_script.js";
which does browser detection for the menus. The Javascript needs to be
updated to
include detection for Chrome and Safari (WebKit based) browsers.
You can help by contacting the webmaster of the site to let them know about
the
problem. This is not a Chrome bug.
