Comment #15 on issue 25126 by [email protected]: Chrome crashes when
uploading file with special characters in a non-UTF-8 locale
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=25126
I can't reproduce the problem at http://www.wrzuta.pl/wrzuc, either. At
least, I
could get to the second page without any problem after pressing what I
presume to be
a 'submit' button ("WRZUC"). Do I have to do anything more in the second
page to
trigger a crash?
eximius313, can you try 4.0.237.0 (the latest dev build for Linux)?
In the previous comment, I meant 'add "pl_PL ISO-8859-2" to
/var/lib/locales/supported.d/local.
To Vivian, this issue has little to do with the UI language. This is about
how to
interpret the sequence of bytes used in Linux file system.
