Here's the info about Windows. If I Navigate to spreadsheet alone in it's own tab, scroll works in 4.0.237.0, 4.0.244.0 (Developer Build 31626) and 4.0.247.0 (Developer Build 31919) If I navigate to http://go/crbug1 and then try to scroll, it doesn't work. On Stable, 3.0.195.32, it's really bad that the page itself doesn't scroll. It's stuck.
