Comment #7 on issue 4728 by ammaar.limbada: Cannot remove single entries from History or from History search results. http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=4728
I've searched many a time in the past few months to find a fix to this and quite frankly, it's ridiculous that this issue has not yet been resolved. Having to close the browser and then open up the SQLite database containing my history and writing SQL to delete individual entries from history is not (in my books at least) good usability. Nor would it be in the case for less technical users. The shift+delete functionality when you type a URL into the omnibar is crippled too. See 5th post down on this thread: http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Chrome/thread?tid=744037aaa66a531d&hl=en This is the only real bug that I've come across in Chrome. However it is extremely irritating due to the fact that it is something expected by the user to be provided by any browser and that it should not be taking so long to fix. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
