I can change this; I put in the functionality to make the puzzle piece go
away along
with the bar because it seemed to me that they were logically identical in
function --
but you're right that it's jarring, and the puzzle piece is indeed much
nicer.
However, when you say "sticks around for the whole version" -- it *does* go
away after
five viewings, just as the theme promo did.
