Similarly to Joseph, I can repro this every time on my two systems with the following: 1. Auto-hide the taskbar. 2. Start Chrome or open a new window. 3. Maximize the window (if un-maximized). Minimize the window. 4. Call the window back up with the taskbar or alt+tab.
