The real right fix is fixing and updating GD. There are no good workaround
so far for
utility and others process.
In the mean time, this change essentially masks all the real crashes in
extension
process when GD presents. It crashes the process early so that we are not
running any
code path in extension process. Besides, we don't get any value from this
change. It
incorrectly reports process type for uma any way.
