Moving to stable, optimistically :)
I think that in order to check this in, we need the following (in
decreasing order of
priority):
1. Make it match just chrome.google.com, not *.google.com
2. Make the gallery use STS
3. Add "undo" and "manage" buttons to the bubble
4. Fix the grey "installing" overlay to not show up anymore
5. Make the downloading progress not be visible for the first 1s of
downloading
