lukeguy, It is Issue 28104. We recently changed the Application ID of Chromium (or Google Chrome) to solve Issue 19358. Nevertheless, we forgot changing the Application ID of application shortcuts and it causes your problem. We are fixing this issue now. (Please see <http://crbug.com/28104> for its current status.)
