After looking at the file sent by yoshimit, it turns out that the file
itself was
missing URLs for the bookmarks that were not getting imported which is
expected. Looks
like the export function in Google Bookmarks might have a bug, which
yoshimit is going
to report there.
I am closing this for now. If there is another example I can look at,
please comment
here.
