I just tested and I can confirm that this fix is not in the latest dev
build. I think
the reason it was not merged is that this bug did not have a Mstone-4 tag.
I'm merging
this change from trunk to branch 249. It should then be included in the
next dev build,
which I heard is coming this weekend.
