We don't always show IRI in the omnibox. In case of your example, the path  
part is
UTF-8 (that is, a proper IRI).

If it's copied to a web page in ISO-8859-1 (say, a web-based forum or a  
retarded
web mail program in ISO-8859-1), it can be a problem. However, in a lot of  
cases
(obviously not all cases), it should just work.

Do we want to offer an alternative version for the url-encoded version?
