Thank you very much for the offer. Internally, we have discussed the issue
before,
but haven't yet reached the stage of setting up all the infrastructure and
other things
necessary.
Note that just translating strings is only a part of Chrome l10n. We also
need CLDR
(http://www.unicode.org/cldr ) data to be populated (it's also an open
source project
so that you can volunteer there). The most tedious part is the UI dimension.
