Comment #9 on issue 19589 by [email protected]: Bookmark Sync: doesn't
work with Google Apps accounts
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=19589

This sounds very strange...

What might be happening here is that your @xeroxanalyst.com account is
somehow
associated with your @gmail.com account. Can you please go to:
http://www.google.com/accounts/ManageAccount, signin with your @gmail.com
account and
see if your @xeroxanalyst.com address appears in the 'Email addresses'
section?

My theory is that you are trying to sign-in with @xeroxanalyst.com as if it
is your
Google Apps account, but since we don't (yet) support Google Apps account,
we try to
authenticate this email address as a regular Google Account and the
authentication
succeeds because the @xeroxanalyst.com email is associated with the Google
Account
for which the primary email is your @gmail.com address. To verify that this
theory is
correct, you can try to go to http://doc.google.com (without the
/a/xeroxanalyst.com
suffix) and sign in with your @xeroxanalyst.com account. If you see the
same docs you
see for your gmail.com account, then there might be something to my
theory :-)

Now, you can fix this by removing @xeroxanalyst.com from your @gmail.com
account
(using the link above) and then create a new Google Account for which
@xeroxanalyst.com is the primary email (you can do that by visiting:
https://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount?service=chromiumsync). What this
means is
that @xeroxanalyst.com will be associated with a Google Account AND a
Google Apps
account, which is one of the strange things about the way accounts work
currently.
Note that this setup is likely to break once we correctly add support for
Google Apps
accounts, but we can cross the bridge when we get to it...

Let me know if still don't manage to get things to work.
