extension incorrectly has button with 'install'
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=28779

Chrome Version : 4.0.249.11
OS + version : Ubuntu Karmic
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 32

URLs (if applicable) : chrome://extensions/

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install an extension (I installed Chrome Dial)
2. Click wrench, then Extensions
3. Click Uninstall next to an extension
4. Note the popup confirmation default button has the text 'Install' - this
should be 'Uninstall'

What is the expected result?
The popup confirmation has a button named 'Uninstall'

What happens instead?
The button is named 'Install'
