yukio.okada: On Windows you can use the Windows certificate management
UI to import a root CA certificate into your Windows trusted root
certification authorities store. On Vista or later you may need
administrator privilege to do that.
On Windows, open the "wrench" menu > Options > Under the Hood > Security
and click the "Manage certificates" button to bring up the Windows
certificate manager.
Marked the bug WontFix (for "works as intended").
