Thanks for the bug report.
Most likely, Chrome is working as intended. When Chrome cannot
check the revocation status of the server's certificate, it
allows you to proceed to the website directly, but it shows
a warning info bar.
Other browsers like IE 8 and Firefox do not show any warning
when they cannot check revocation.
I can reproduce the bug with https://my.ooma.com/home/login
but not with https://net.pbz.hr/pbz365/ . I will look inspect
the certificate chain of https://my.ooma.com/home/login and see
if we truly cannot download the CRLs and talk to the OCSP
responders.
