This is similar to the Hotmail issue--Netflix' site sniffs for what your browser is. User agent spoofing, or policy change by Netflix, is the answer. The devs here have used UA spoofing to get around a similar bug with Hotmail. Eventually user controlled user agent spoofing may be available, as in Omniweb.
