New issue 28893 by rojabuck: Spawned tabs with crashing flash components
cause parent tabs & self to become unresponsive
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=28893

Chrome Version : 4.0.249.12 (Official Build 32876)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: OK
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7:
          IE 8:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Identify a link which forwards to a page containing a flash movie
2. Click the link spawning a new tab

What is the expected result?
Assuming flash player fails/crashes the ideal would be that the page
containing the flash continues to function minus the flash movie itself
(maybe a placeholder) as does the page from which the child page was
spawned.

What happens instead?
Assuming flash player fails/crashes on the content contained child and
parent windows become unresponsive to click events and scroll events.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
