What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any webpage (even new tab page is ok)
2. right click somewhere near bottom of the window
3. Observe context menu
What is the expected result?
Menu should be displayed correctly regardless of the position it is
clicked.
What happens instead?
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
