Just for the record: I run into this on startup. I usually have about a dozen windows open, which re-open when I start Chrome. (I haven't noticed anything different happening when Chrome crashed or shut down normally.) So I get these dozen windows, with maybe 30 tabs total, all opened. And then I want to distribute them to a few different spaces.
