What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start Chromium
What is the expected result?
A text should be displayed by default in the address bar, to indicate that
the user can enter words to start a search.
What happens instead?
The text is there but not easly visible because aligned to the right (seen
screen capture enclosed).
