Nevertheless the fact that this has been fixed, I don't think there is a need to mix in download history from non-incognito to incognito window. You can easily check the non-incognito download history by reopening a non-incognito window and opening downloads page, though it might be slightly annoying. On the other hand, it is a pain not being able to track downloads of current incognito session, and this is still not addressed.
