This bug was closed without addressing any of the CHECKs added in r21940,
http://codereview.chromium.org/159561. A lot of those have comments to the
effect
of "remove after debugging bug 16371."
Will, should we remove those CHECKs now? Should we file a follow-up bug to
do it? Or
do we want to keep those CHECKs and just get rid of the comments referring
to this
bug? Or something else?
