Well, simhei is more like sans-serif while simsun is like serif, which is  
why I
switched to simhei for sans-serif. Given that a lot of web sites do not  
specify a
font or specify 'arial, sans-serif' and that we use 'sans-serif' in Chinese  
Chrome
(when a CSS generic is missing), perhaps we have to switch back to Simsun  
although
we'd lose the distinction between serif and sans-serif in SC Chrome.  
Needless to say,
a user can always change their pref. in Options.
