I think we're in the clear, here. Installing an extension with no icon will
show the puzzle
image which I measure at 62x62px (why it's different than 67x67 I'm not
sure). Since
we're using a standard NSAlert, any icon larger than 64x64 will be scaled
down to meet
those dimensions. I tested this by trying the Aviary Image Capture, which
has a
128x128 sized icon and it was sized fine, albeit a bit blurry.
