Using wireshark, Will verified that the server sends a TCP RST
in this case. So I changed the CL to map EPIPE to ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.
laforge: I'd like to merge this fix onto the 249 branch. I believe
this will fix some of the net::ERR_FAILED error pages that people
are reporting on Linux and Mac (issue 89 and issue 21873).
