Just to make this instruction fool-proof (i.e. me). 1. Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs 2. Uninstall Move Media Player 3. Close Chrome 4. Open Chrome, go back to abc.com, re-install Move Media Player. 5. Look at the bottom left hand corner of your chrome window for the download permission and the bottom right hand corner to make sure it doesn't block it as a pop-up. 6. Grant permission to install twice.
