Still seeing this behavior on Windows Vista Home Premium, Chrome v4.0.223.16: clicking "Settings" in upper right, "Manage subscriptions" link in extreme lower left, or selecting "Manage subscriptions" from Subscriptions dropdown menu -- all actions lead to the "Loading..." message, but the settings page never loads. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
