This only happened once, and I cannot repeat it. It was just the favicons. It is remedied by simply re-browsing to each link, upon which each favicon is reloaded. It occurred after interrupting a cache-clearing operation (all items checked, time period: everything) which was continuing for more than twenty minutes.
