What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Simplified Chinese locale
2. Use browser to explore some web page with text entry (For example
compose a mail in gmail)
3. Type some English words
What is the expected result?
The spell check works correctly.
What happens instead?
The browser will show the red wave line under some correct words.

possible.
