It's a good idea. Seems like a ton of work to make chrome://extensions/
actually work,
but without the extensions running (we need to change the meaning of
--disable-
extensions to disable each feature individually, rather than disabling
extensions from
being loaded). My recommendation is to wait and see how big of an issue
this is before
dumping a bunch of effort into a solution.
