This just happened to me today,although I was able to print labels 3 days ago. Obviously this is an issue that needs to be addressed OR you need to let people know of the problem. I spend way too much time trying to figure out how to make this work, particularly since I have Google as my home page and had difficulty bypassing it to get to IE. It's too bad someone didn't bother to test their software updates before implementation.
