Oh, wow. This is bad.

Repro: Close a tab (which will close a renderer). For every renderer  
process closed,
the demand_port_set (0xf03) will increase by one. Quitting Chrome won't  
reset it. As
an example, Mark's machine has an 0xf03 size of over 600. The first Mach  
port that
signals will take his machine down.

Chromium will not repro this, so I highly suspect Breakpad. Convening with  
Neal.
