Understood, but I don't necessarily want Chrome's user interface language to match the web page request language. Having my application UIs in my non-native language not only makes them more familiar to me when I have to describe how to do something at work, but it also helps me learn the vocabulary myself. That said, it doesn't mean I want all my web content in that language.
