In another bug, nsylvain suggested that if the "Always open type" checkbox
is checked,
the download should go to a temp folder; else do what currently happens.
This might
be a good solution for this issue, as it doesn't add UI overhead and seems
to solve the
issue. The only problem is discoverability.
