iansharkey: thank you for the info. This is a TLS-intolerant server.
Chrome has code to handle them, but it requires precise error reporting
by the SSLClientSocket. We just need to fix SSLClientSocketMac to
report net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR when the server closes the TCP
connection during SSL handshake.
