New issue 30112 by airchuck88: Extension browser_action popup does not
resize properly
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=30112

Chrome Version : Chromium 4.0.267.0 on Linux (Ubuntu build 34059)
                        & Chrome 4.0.249.30 on Windows 7
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4:
   Firefox 3.x:
          IE 7:
          IE 8:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load the included example extension
2. Open the extension's browser_action popup
3. Click on the 'more/less' link once to show expand the popup by
displaying a previously-hidden (via style="display: none") list.
4. click on the 'more/less' link again to hide the list.

What is the expected result?
The extension popup should both expand and shrink to match the size of the
HTML elements inside it.

What happens instead?
The popup seems to expand correctly, but once expanded, fails to shrink
appropriately if the HTML elements inside of it change size again.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

I have attached a screenshot of the popup in the three states (before
expansion, after expansion, and after attempting to un-expand it), as well
as a .zip file containing the unpacked example extension.
