Comment #51 on issue 19587 by setack: Chromium Fails to call adobe to open PDFs files http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=19587
Is there a plan to solve this in the near future? Although the "Docs PDF/PowerPoint Viewer" chromium extension is a partial solution (really cool BTW), there are lots of PDFs behind authentication mechanisms (scientific papers) which do not show in Google Docs Viewer (and therefore, needs a working pdf plugin). I do not see this as a top priority for developers so I am wondering if a have to switch back to Firefox definitively or wait for a solution in the near future (if any). -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
