I don't do any kind of printing from any of our kiosks.. I don't really see many kiosks having a need for that. Especially if they're mostly unattended. People would just screw with it. Also, an on screen keyboard sounds more like it should be part of your app, not Chrome. Don't be lazy, innovate. Making an onscreen keyboard is rather easy btw.
