Enabling SVG filters in r34460 fixed textEffect3's pixel results, and the
text results
were rebaselined in r34591.
WebKit update to r51875 fixed use-css-no-effect-on-shadow-tree.svg.
masking-intro-01-f.svg has been passing on the buildbots for at least 750
runs.
